The reality television star wore a heavily ruffled gown by designer Stephane Rolland which obscured much of her body and neck.
She has been overhauling her style of late but Kim Kardashian's latest look did little to enhance her famously curvy figure.

Their appearance came soon after their 'double-date' with Beyonce and Jay-Z at the BET Awards in Los Angeles.
And just twenty-four hours later the Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite boasted  about her latest adventure on Twitter.
The name-dropper told her fans: 'Hopped off the plane in Paris, now in a Stephane Rolland fitting! Can't wait for his couture show tomorrow!'
