Kim, 31, wore a barely-there black vest which did little to cover her underwear, as she headed to a music studio with her man.

They do seem very happy and smitten with each other,BUT the fact that she's playing out another relationship in public (after saying she would never do that again, she wants to be private etc) makes me think that this relationship is still all for the cameras. If you had relationships constantly fail and where all documented on television, wouldn't you make more of an effort to steer away from this again? I dunno, apart of me thinks their relationship is real, but I guess there will always be an that incline that it's not.
