Happily engaged couple Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux haven't had a child yet. But thanks to a spoof video posted online today, we now know what to expect once the actress does get pregnant.
The 43-year-old Wanderlust star shows off a baby bump in a new Vitamin Water ad that's quickly gone viral. The look into the future comes courtesy "stolen" security cam footage from Aniston's home.
But the ad reveals more than just shots of her belly. Also included in the commercial: a cheesy introduction by Ryan Seacrest, and a hilarious scene where late night host Jimmy Kimmel — wearing floaties and a snorkel — pretends to be her adult son.

Aniston has endorsed Vitamin Water since 2010. And this isn't the first time she's teamed up with the brand to create a viral hit. In 2011, she appeared in another spoof video that involved parrots, a guy talking to rainbows, dancing babies, and other popular YouTube tropes.
