Wanted... for crimes against decking: Mother returns from holiday to find garden platform torn down - and has arrest warrant issued because it is '12 INCHES too high'

A woman with three kids returned from holiday to find she was wanted by police - because of her garden decking.
Lesley Cherry, 46, was told a warrant had been issued for her arrest and her details were on the police national computer.
And while she away in Turkey, council workers demolished the decking at her Stockport home.

The couple, who have three children - Daniel, 13, Kayleigh, nine, and Liam, seven- were due to appear before Stockport magistrates today.
