Although the account has not been verified, the personal nature of the photos posted suggest the Italian international is behind it - or at least someone very closely connected to him.
The snap of him next to his Bentley Continental GT came with the caption 'i am ready for the match today', in relation to City's Premier League home game against Everton.
The 22-year-old is standing with his hood up and a stern expression on his face - indicating he is serious about the mission ahead.
Earlier this year the Italian had a full remodelling of his white £160,000 Bentley, covering it in camouflage vinyl, and now it appears he is continuing that colour scheme with the footballer's favourite onesie outfit.
His quad bike also bears the same camo appearance, just to top off the look.
As well as the fetching picture of him in war colours, a snap of Balotelli on a laptop without a shirt on and another of him looking through a pair of binoculars were also tweeted.
A message posted on the @MarioUfficialeB account was also apparently aimed at his critics: 'No one will change me, i am who i am.
'This is me if you do not like then don't notice me that is all.'
